As a working family, we experienced difficulty in preparing food at home from scratch as it is time-consuming. When we started consuming readily available food, it saved us time, but looking at the ingredients label we became conscious of the chemicals, preservatives, and artificial coloring added to most of these ready-to-eat and packaged foods. Reading health magazines, we became aware of their long-term harmful effects on our health and our kids’ health.

We realized the best option is homemade food for our family and our loved ones to lead a healthy life. Now how to make it fast was the challenge as we do not have the time needed to prepare food from scratch. As a solution, we started fine-tuning and minimizing the steps for cooking various Indian dishes. We believe in using only natural products, and spices as ingredients without any chemicals, artificial colors, or preservatives.
