How to cook shredded chicken using our prema’s shredded chicken masala?

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil,
add 2 cups of chopped onion,
2-3 green chilies chopped,
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves,
10 curry leaves (if not in Prema’s mix),
sauté till onion is soft,
add shredded chicken 2 lbs,
add 4 tablespoons of Prema’s Shredded Chicken fry masala,
add 1 tablespoon oil,
fry for 5-10 minutes or till the masala is well mixed with the meat.
Serve with rice or use as meat (protein) filling in the burger. It tastes very good either way.
